    I am guessing you are talking about the Cinneplex. The Cinneplex is controlled by the vendors that provide goods and services to the game. They select where, when, and what they wish to offer and the Cinneplex will make the offer. At this time no vendor wishes to advertise in your country. We have no control on this issue. Sorry.
