My Lumber Mills

    I started the Winterfest event and now 2 of my lumber mills won't allow me to start any productions. As soon as I click on either of the lumber mills, my computer locks up. Everything else on the game works fine, including the event.

    This is most likely a cache problem in Adobe Flash or in your Browser go to this link located in the forum under Home>Forums>Help> Game FAQs>Technical Solutions>How to Delete Browser Flash Cache

    If this does not work there are a few other things to try. Do these in sequence and check back after each attempt:
    1. Shut down Internet browser and reboot computer;
    2. Try a different Browser. For example if using Google, try Firefox or Internet Explorer;
    3. Use a different Device. For example if play on a Laptop, try a computer, Tablet, Smart Phone or different Laptop. (I only have one device and I borrow a neighbors computer or go to the Public Library to try this trick. Works 99.9 % of the time)
    4. If all else fails the Moderators will be along soon to Help you.

    Hi
    I'm having the exact same problem now. Unfortunately none of billyjim's suggestions work for me. It's only happening with my lumber mills everything else is working fine.

    This is a browser cache issue in your own system and I cannot fix it for you only you can do it.

    Please use another computer and just click on the building one and the issue will be fixed instantly.

    Then I would suggest sending a service ticket via support to PirateLee Click on the "?" on the game screen and follow the directions and he can help you there. Good luck.
