My Rolls Disappeared

    I had this happen a few weeks ago and I thought maybe I was just mistaken but it happened again today. I had almost 2000 rolls and when I went to check on how many I had they were ALL gone!!! What can I do?!?!?

    Hi Sarah

    Can you help me narrow my search down a bit you have 4933 transactions in the past 4 days in your logs so when this happened will let me track the issue down.

    I can see sales like this one:-

    CityCreditsmarket . collect . currencyvirtual04.02.2014 15:00:2722800
    But you have many more so I do need a little help here to find the right transaction.

    It was sometime yesterday afternoon. Between 1-4 p.m. I have not sold any rolls in a long time. I was just trying to fill my bread baskets.

    I have searched your logs back to last Sunday and I cannot find a single entry anywhere for anything like 2000 rolls. Can you please write to support so I can link your email to our coders so they can look a little deeper.

    I will close now as I cannot do more on the forum, just click the link to support on the main game page and you will still get me but by email.
