Need help.. Bricks sold but no City Credits

Dear Moderator,
I sold bricks 600 pieces @ 4.450/piece, bricks sold but there is no CCs.
I've made a test by selling 20 bricks and it works, I have additional CCs.

There is another problem:
Challenge progress stop at level 3 for Prefab home and Suburban home.

this is your log for purchases and sales it shows that you sold 3 lots of bricks sometimes payment take some time to be updated due to many reasons for lag internet connection to a bad cookie but this graph shows that they are there

To reiterate Tassie's comments, the logs show that you sold 600 bricks, and paid 267000 commission for selling them, and that about 30 minutes later they sold, and you received 2.67million CC. Is it possibly you've just spent the CCs on something else in the mean time?

If it's in the game logs, then it happened, I'm afraid, and there is very little we can do about it.

No, I didn't spend anything at that time coz not much CCs left.
It's ok if there's nothing that we can do, I should produce more bricks
