Need Loot-O-Matic Help

    The loot-o-matic for my account doesn't show up anywhere in the game. I am however able to access the City Treasury direct buy tab where I can buy loot-o-matic tickets/tokens. This is a great inconvenience to me because this means I'm not able to complete the quest requiring the use of the loot-o-matic and get the free prizes from the spins. I looked up on Google how to use the loot-o-matic and a page came up suggesting that I should clear my caches and cookies I did and even then the loot-o-matic did not appear.

    The loot-o-matic is not a permanent feature, check the calendar for availability (next due 17/6/2015).
