Negative coins

Yesterday I had around 2,15 billion coins, but when I logged on today, there was a - before the amount, which means I can't buy anything, or use coins on anything. Also, when I earn coins, the amount count downwards. How do I get my coins back?

Hi Minagrh, I have had a look at your account and your city credits do not show as a minus, Can you please fill out a support ticket and they will be able to help you from there, gl;

Thank you all for your assistance. Especially nervo82, who was correct regarding the reason for my problems. My cc showed around -2,142 billion at that time, but when I entered the marketplace it showed the correct amount, which at that time was 2,153 billion. Then I bought lots of expensive goods to get under the 2,147,483,647 cc limit, and the minus disappeared. That's also why my account doesn't show a negative cc at the moment, tassie-devil. I wouldn't say that this has solved my problem, it just means I can't collect any more cc, which was my only motivation for playing, since I've run out of space for building new buildings and stuff. Instead I now have to spend the cc on goods I don't need everytime I reach the "magic" limit. It sort of takes the fun out of the game. I don't know if there is any point in filing a support ticket. I would think they would have fixed the bug already if they were able, as they are obviously aware of it? And btw, does anyone know if there will be any more expansions in the game anytime soon?

G`day minabrh, thanks for getting back to me on this coin thing, yes I have seen something like that in another game a few years ago
I will endeavour to find out about this. it is good to know that you have found your limitations in the meantime.
As with the second part of your question everyone is wanting expansions in the game, it is around a year since the last lot came into fruition and I think something will happen sooner than later, all we can do till the next producers letter is continue to use the forum
and hopefully enjoy the game.
In the meantime is there anything else that we can help you with on these topics.
