Since Dev won't allow us to choose what type of specialist they become. Please allow for a wild or neutral one for each building. Make the Captains, Fire marshals, and Scientists able to take the spot of any specialist.

The way it's designed now is a complete joke, only making players mad is not a good way to make a game, wake up Dev we need your coding skills!

Yes - I would consider paying MM (when the movies start again anyway) for a scientist. It appears (at least) one is needed for every platinum mission now and my rookies are reluctant to get promoted (level 6, 7).

Yep - gets my vote too. I had to fire my officers and fire marshalls and have had no luck getting them replaced yet. Or at least have a specialised person worth more than a rookie if they don't match speciality.

    Got my vote.
There is a 4th specialist that isn't used for anything, this could be a good use of him.

My vote too - I now have 4 rookie firemen, despite having spent the max ep and vit-x on each of them.

  6. Maybe having more defined classification requirements for emergency responders would be a novel idea to enable us to optimize the hiring/firing procedures? Charts in emergency facilities or in personnel files of the individual responders could show what the rookies need to pass to achieve a classification status? Personnel hiring and firing is not a random event in real life. Granted, this is not real life, but added realism in this area would be nice and less frustrating for mayors.

    I agree. I can't even get a specialist yet.
