    It would be very nice to have new events to look forward to. The same events are very boring and new rewards would be very much appreciated! Also I have completed all of my land expansions and need new land with new buildings to look forward to.
    The last thing that you need is for your mayor's to get bored with this game. So Please start offering us something new!


    I recently took a survey regarding why I left Rising Cities and explained that I had to create a new identity and lost everything and had to start over, but have heard nothing from you regarding my e-mail. I read a blog lately from another player and you said if it was over 6 months ago, we would have to count our losses. In my situation it has only been two months. I would very much to get my metro money back, since I already paid for it. I have spent so much money playing this game, it is embarrassing. Please help.

    hedymay, when you say you "recently completed a survey" do you mean you sent a ticket to support? If so, good. If not, then that is what you should do right away.

    One question and one statement. Seems a few people would like new Events. I am on Level 27 and would be happy to actually be able to complete one of the ones that are already available! :rolleyes:

    As for your reference to your email, I assume you contacted Bigpoint direct heyday? If not, you can do that by clicking on the little "?" in the top right hand corner of the screen (as per honeywest's suggestion). If it's an account issue, I believe the Moderators or the Forum Administrator can assist you with that from here. Odd that they haven’t . Anyway, good luck with it :)
