    Hi, I started playing Rising Cities just to get the hang of the game.
    Now I would like to start a new game.
    I'm wondering how?

    You can't restart your existing game, so the only real option is to create a new user.

    skb13 is correct. All you have to do is sign in as a new user and create a new city. You will start at the begining and your old city will be closed after a few months.
