    does anybody know how hire a 2nd fire fighter?

    You train them in the academy and when they are done you assign them to e.g. fire station.

    If you don't have a academy I have forgot what trigger it so someone else have to help with that.

    I am not certain, someone correct me if wrong, I believe that the academy becomes available after upgrading the city hall to a certain level. Maybe to level 3 or 4.
