    Dear Mayors,

    Due to bad weather, we have not yet completed all construction works on the fourth playfield. Therefore, the great opening ceremony will have to wait until next week. We know you are all looking forward to the new playfield, but we hope you will understand that we want it to be finished properly before we present it to you! Please be patient a little longer! Thanks for understanding!
