    Dear Rising Cities Mayors,

    We are pleased to announce that two major bugs have been fixed:
    Emergency Building upgrade issues
    Skill point assignment to Emergency staff

    Please be assured that the technical team are still working on the resolution of the other bugs, and that you will be informed of their resolution at that time. We apologize for the delay in their resolution.
