No Academy permit

    For a long while I have not had the Academy Permit appear, and I am quite past where it should have. As this seems to be a bug a moderator/tech can fix I have posted my info above.

    Your system needs to be switched off for me to fix this for you.

    Please contact support when you are turning off your computer (not just logging off the game as that will not work).

    Not sure why my computer would need to be off for you to this time, when it was off when previous attempt was made. I am however logging this system down for the next few hours.

    Support is in game, upper right corner, "?" button (help).
    Its a "faster" way to Lee so it will be a bigger changes for him to use your timeframe.

    Still no Academy and no emergencies...But some how I am getting allot of books (credit)?????

    Fetch cache shows you online even though you are not logged on and hence we are blocked from accessing your system for security of your personal data.

    Since you again online I direct you to my request to contact support when your system is being switched off.

    I only log here once per day so it is unlikely you will just happen to be offline at that time. Support emails I handle every few hours.

    I do not have the academy either. I am not sure if I should have received it or not. Could you please look into my account and tell me if I should have received it or not?

    I have a problem with academy, there is no academy in my designing depot. I know that the contract for my specialist in the hospital is to big (my dad did that:mad:), but I can't fire him. Please, help. My ID is 8505802. Thanks...
