No Academy Quest still

    I'm posting for the third time as i have had the same problem coming on a month now.
    My main quest other than to grow x amount of x crop is Medicine Woman in which i have to hire a second specialist for my hospital. I cannot complete this quest as I have no academy nor the plan to place it.
    My emergency system is working. I am constantly having to renew contracts for the specialists as i let them run out completely but am yet to trigger this academy quest.
    Please can you tell me what is wrong or what I am doing wrong?

    just an idea... have you tried not responding to a few emergencies? I finally got my academy immediately after I burnt off all my saved up education points and could no longer respond to them all.

    Your academy building is in the designer depot waiting for you to collect and place..

    my id is 8111208 and my problem is the same as oringinal post im stuck on medicine woman and have been for weeks but i carnt seem to get the academy,thx for all ur help
