For the last 7 hours I have tried to collect from houses - but everytime the same: no event-drops - and when 'the game' realize that - then I loose the internetconnection to the game (and just this game).

Is there anything I can do about it? - beside clear chache, reboot computer, try another browser or computer.

Have you tried signing in on a different computer or device. This sometimes works by completely reseting your cache and internet connections. Borrow a friends or neighbors computer for a few minutes and log in to game. Should be enough. Then go back to your system and see if it works. If not the Moderators will be along soon to help.

  3. Hi Shane,
I've just tried logging into your account, without any difficulty. I note that you don't have many houses with a greater than or equal to 2hr rent timer, and these houses do seem to be best for event drops (from personal experience). Also, for the diamond rings, you'll only get those from capitalists, and you (understandably) have a majority of worker houses. Having said that, you don't seem to be too far from the target, so will assume you can manage from here (event drop wise, anyway).

There have been some flash player issues today, that have caused some dropped connections, and timeouts. Hopefully these will be resolved soon, but in the mean time, I wish you best of luck in finishing the Valentine's event.
