    I am on level 12 and I have only ever had one emergency, how do you get them?
    I still have yet to complete the "select a specialist for the hospital" task and I don't know how to do it or when I get an academy?

    Does this make sense, can anyone help me?

    there are some know issues with the ers, please click on the edit button and insert you ID number and we will be able to help you further

    We are still working on the "no emergency" issues as well as academy quest.
    We will inform via our Official Announcements when they will be fixed.
