No emergencies

    Hi, I also have this problem where I cannot progress with certain quests as there are no emergencies. This means that the Academy is not available to build, specialists cannot be employed, and the list goes on.
    Can you please fix this bug asap?

    PS I don't have a loot-o-matic icon anywhere....again a lost quest...

    We are still working on the "no emergency" issues as well as academy quest.

    Loot-o-Matic is a temporary event which returns often in the game. this event is always announced in our OA Section.

    I have reset your game data in an attempt to fix this for you.
    Can you advise if it worked.

    I don't see any difference, the academy is still not available, and I have not had any emergencies..

    The academy is in your designer depot under the star icon?.

    I have just logged on, and the Academy was now available.
    Thank you for your help.
    However, the original issue of no emergencies is still unsolved, and any attempt to 'buy' more through the Street Patrol icon has only resulted in the loss of Metro Money..any update on the horizon?

    Hey all,
    my problem is exactly the same: no Academy, no emergencies :/
    Without this stuff its kinda hard to get further in the game in a good way, but i really would like to cause it makes fun. I hope u can help me^^

    -> i heard replacing ur emergency buildings could help, i did this quite a few times. Idk if its for real or a bug as well, but it stole energy points from me every time i tried this which i recognized too late -.-

    specialist are not upgrading either. I have 1 in particular that I put through school receiving 4 characteristics and abilities to the last section. also have done enough emergency's to reach level 7 and is still a rookie.

    As you can see from the other posts a very large amount of players are having the same problem. The team are working to fix this and we will announce it when they do.
