No lucky to complete 'Luck of the Draw' quest

    I'm at level 12 now and accumulated a list of pending quests. :\
    It says "click on the 'loot-o-matic' icon on the right side of the screen".
    No such icon there.
    Previously it was and every-time I tried to open, it showed nothing but a empty dialog box which can't be closed anyhow. And then I ended up reloading the page again. :\
    Need Help.

    The lootomatic option comes along every few weeks and is available for a limited time, no need to worry it will be returning
    can we be of further help on this topic

    owkay. Thanks for telling.
    I don't know what the issue is. But every time when it becomes available and I click on it, only an empty dialog box appears. This dialog box is creepy :\ no matter how many times I try it never closed and eventually I have to reload the game again.
    It has been weeks when it first appeared.. I am still finding a way to complete this quest.

    the lootomatic will return shortly it may be fixed by then
