no quest rewards

I have completed both my city hall upgrade quest AND build two modern pier houses quest and am not getting the reward for either. Please help!

 

please supply your id so that priatelee can find your account. It can be found next to your name when game screen full mode is off.

 

Add your ID number and the mods will have a much easier time to help you.
If you know the name of mission it will also help.

The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this:

my ID is unkeptorc | ID 7651549 and completed "practice makes perfect" quest but did not get my reward.

 

Both your quests are now complete and waiting for you to collect the rewards.

 

Please fill out a support request form yours is not the same issue.

same problem i complete the city hall task upgrade adn reach the 150 residents but no reward also complete the practice makes perfect task and no reward
