No reward for watching video in cinimax

    I watch the movie but there is no option for receiving reward. I tried all the solutions listed but still no reward.

    Memel We are sorry to hear that happpened, But, as has been stated many times in other threads. The videos and rewards are not under Rising Cities or Big Points control. They are controlled by the vendor who supplies the ads (video). All we can do is report the incident which we will do and pass it on. The life cycle of the ads are usually fairly short and the ad causing you problem will most likely soon cycle out of the cineplex.
