    I have completed the requirements for this task (100 students moved to City, 1000 education points collected). However, the task remains on my screen and I do not think I have received the reward. The task has not turned into the 'green tick mark' which all other tasks I have completed have.

    Thoughts?

    Please add your game ID so moderators can take a closer look at your problem.
    Also add the name of the task/quest, white text on blue background.

    The game ID is the number that shows up when you log into the game near your user like this (not in full screen):
