not getting rewards from completed tasks

    i have a few completed tasks and cant seem to collect the rewards

    Sorry bethy there are also thousands of quests so a little clue as to the names of your problems ones would go a long way.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I am also having problems collecting the reward for a completed quest.

    It is the Expand Your City Hall quest.
    It has been on my quest list for quite a while. I had achieved the first part (150 residents) ages ago but had been putting off upgrading my city hall as there were always other things the city credits and resources could be used on for more reward, but I have now completed the upgrade and both parts of the quest are showing as completed, but there is no button for collect reward.
