Nothing appear

    Dears I log out from the game and when I came back to the game later all my buildings disappeared and some of my lands are blocked again and I need to purchase it again .....whats the problem ????

    Hello hamzawrk, The building disappearing could be a cache issue. The lands being blocked and having to purchase the property again. A couple of questions.

    Are the coins (cc) or metro money (MM) returned to your account?
    If so you may be experiencing the time lag and or connectivity issues between your device and the servers. You might try to use a different device and browser. There is also a time lag between when you process a transaction and the transaction being logged into the servers. So that when you log in again the servers do not know about the transaction.

    If you are not receiving your cc's or MM's back then you should file a support ticket. This is more serious than can be handled in the forum.

    Let us know what happens or if you need further help.

    Please post your ID number this will make it easier to look into the issue
