    Fixed on live:
    - The quests with the academy and police station
    The building can be built even without active quest (if you have already finished the quest) and/or the quest is possible to finish now even if the building is already build.

    - The tooltips in the event-layer are working


    - The rewards are as described in my event-info-email, as they should be


    - The counter for the event is fixed
