only loads half way

2 days now, i cant get in..it loads half way they that round blue spinning symbal just goes on forever..i tried all the basic stuff to corrrect it..nothing works..here is a screenshot of as far as it will load up

Its comforting to know that I am not the only one facing the exact same problem. Of late, each time an update is done the game goes nuts.
Sometimes, I wish they will just let us play in peace...

Hi, I'm having the same issue right now - I was playing the game perfectly fine about an hour ago, and now it's won't finish loading.

I've tried on different computers with the same effect - this is what I seem to be "stuck" on:

Lots of us are having the same issues. I'm gathering that the company doesn't care that it's kicked out so many while we were trying to finish a weekly challenge. They sure aren't answering any technical emails.

 

Oh dear, I just sent one using the Support link on the page. I'm not that concerned about my weekly challenge (though should I be? Is there something that i'm missing?) but I just wanted to harvest/collect my stuff to finish the in game quest things.

I've had the same problem about 12 hours now.

 

my game too is sleeping , aka loading and loading and loading and so on, but not reach its final destination: to my city view so i start the clickmania.

i have a big problem. im doing the biker event, and i have used over 100 xpresos on the bakeries and i havent collected the reward. I realy hope that the event will be extended for the downtime, bocouse else i made a terryble lose on items used !!!!

I am having the same problem. But it didn't start until I started the bike rally event. ID # 3402907. Since you are looking into everyone else's, me too please?

 

i have just started the wood cutting event and now this.....i cannot collect my logs because of this loading prob.

 

I have had the same problem, was working fine last night, then came on this morning and wont load up.
I had just started the biker event when I came off last night.
