only loads half way

    As far as I can tell, they aren't doing a darned thing. My experience is that they don't answer support emails. Sorry if I'm cranky but this is probably the last straw. Doesn't matter how much I like the game if the company backing it is crappy with service.

    Unfortunately we cannot do more about this on the forum.
