    it would be awesome if we select street patrol and sine we have to pay for it if the game will do the emergency alerts itself. so if we select 48 hours then for 48 hours we are free. like the rent collector.

    rent collector does not collect for you, you still have to click it. it just decreases the number of routine clicks
    as for auto-resolving emergencies, game would need to:
    - know if you have enough specialists
    - know which specialist to pick
    - what to do when you lack specialists

    so essentially not only do some routing actions for you but also think in your place.
    won't happen.
