Pay for Modern Private Home from Easter event?

    Greetings,

    There is a price of 14k CCs I would have to pay for placing Modern Private Home. Usually permits that are rewards from events are for free ('Place It'). Am I missing something?

    N.B. I did search the threads for a similar problem, but could not find anything. If this had been addressed already, please refer me accordingly.

    there are two different types of rewards 1 is a place it reward with no cost to place it, 2 is a permit which is what you have received, these permits you have to buy then build.
    Is thee anything else that we can help you with on this topic

    Thank you for the prompt response. I understand, but got confused because in the FAQs of the event it says the same type of reward for both houses:

    - 1 permit for 'Family House'
    and
    - 1 permit for 'Multigeneration House'.

    I tried to find further explanation on the two permits being different, but could not.
