    G`day brikena,
    I see that you are a new player to rising cities, there are many ways to make points, I will assume that you mean city credits, if this is not so you will have to be more specific
    when you start playing Rising cities the two best thing to do to learn how to play is A follow the tutorials when they become available and read the FAQ There you will earn almost everything that you will need to be a successful mayor and grow your city.
    Speakers corner is a great place to post and ask questions as there are a lot of nice people who will also help you along your way
