I just sent another request for help with a game problem regarding my population. My user name is hedymay and I D # is 9041852. I asked you about this problem on March 6th and If I remember correctly was told that this matter would be checked into. I now have 37,436 Capitalists. Compared to My Worker's of 7,780. I have 7,120 Students. From reading the comments of other player's the problem could have started from me purchasing 3 Golden liner Estates. Either way this needs to be fixed. I have not added any new Capitalists anymore. I always use my worker's and students, yet my capitalists population just keeps on growing. If I try to change it using my keys to the city, that does not work.
Today, one of my farms is not letting me produce. Whenever I click on the icon to start production my screen dims and then I have to refresh the game to return to my city. Since you have limited us to the amount of farms we can have, we need them All to work. I can do nothing my end to correct this problem. You guys are the computer experts. Please fix this!
I really hate to complain and enjoy this game very much. Don't make me whine to get a problem fixed!

  2. Hi Hedy, firstly if your 3 gl estates are at level 3 your population increases by 2600 extra pop for each estate you have. If you move one of them into the inventory or another part of the game field you can add another 2600 pop for every time you move one. so to get an accurate pop count you have to deduct all these from your total and that will give you the actual true population.
If one of your farms is not producing it is more likely a cache problem, please clear your browser/cache, log out of the game then reboot your computer and use different browser. this will mostly fix that problem.
let me know when you have done this and if it has solved the farm issue. :)
