Power: Upgrading City Hall

    I searched the Questions Section, the Technical Questions Section, and the whole board, but could not find an answer to my question. I can't remember if the power goes out while the City Hall is upgrading. I am in the middle of an event and don't want to chance upgrading the City Hall without knowing for sure if the power will be out while I upgrade. Thanks.

    No the power is all underground and cannot be disrupted in city hall upgrages only residences, commercials etc can be without power if they are not connected to a road pier etc
    Is there anything else that we can help you with on this topic
