practice makes perfect quest

    hi all
    on the practice makes perfect task it asks to upgrade a house to level 4 done that
    then asks to choose a building speciality i have done that too
    but :( i am unable to collect the reward
    is the task just for 1 building to be done or all the buildings
    could someone please look into this for me
