    beetlejuice24 - I have gone into your game and reset it. I was able to log in with no issues. The resetting process does reset your poweer and mood levels back to the original levels. So you will have to rebuild these numbers.

    Thank you guyjean1 for the great advice, sadly the situation was more serious than the cache's.
