Problems with quests

I have completed the "Transform into a Metrópolis" quest (pop. over 1000, and upgraded town hall) but it doesn't appear that I have.

Also I have built 2 (out of three) "Stylish Apartment Complexes" but it only acknowledges 1.

G`day urjupa, your quest Transform into a metropolis is completed and the rewards are waiting for you to collect.
with the stylish apartment try moving the building into the inventory and then replace it onto your main playfield.
if that does not work we will have to investigate further gl

I have moved them into the Main Playfield, but there is no change. Officially there is only one of them.

 

I have forwarded your problem on for someone to have a look at,

 

Can you please try and put it into storage log off and switch off your system, then when you log back in place the building back on your map.

I would do this for you except I cannot log off and on for you.

I had a similar problem today with the "Build 3 Apartment Complex's" task. I moved 1 to another region and logged off, then back on. Then moved that same one back to the main region. That seemed to work; it is now counted in my task. But now the title on the apartment complexes read "localD 110081 unknown". I'm not really concerned with what it's called, but you might be.
