Quest can't be completed

I have some problem with 2 quests. They just don't finish.

First Quest is New Recruits - can' t place the academy.I searched everywhere including Designers Depot.

Second Quest is Metro Money - I cannot click on the power plant.
Can you please check?

Academy is located in the designer depot in the Special section , last tab along with event plaza and other emergency buildings. To receive Academy permit you must first use up all contract points from one of your specialists.


There is no quest that requires clicking on power plants, Please tell us exactly the requirements of your quest and if they are checked or not.

 

The main heading of the second quest is Metro Money. Its task is the following :

• Click a power plant

• Click the Metro Money symbol to finish Instantly

And sorry for the other problems.

 

Power Plants cannot be clicked, you can only instant finish production on manufacturing facilities (lumber mill, farm) I assume the quest is referring to one of these.

Wizz is right with one exception.
If you place a new Small Power Plant it turn to a construction site.
You can click on that and then on a MM button to instantly finish construction.

This make me believe that you actual already have completed you power plant (pay 20 lumber) as when you have completed the power plant you cant click on it.

If this is the case you need to start building a new one and NOT click on the start button but instead the small button next to it, with have a small pile of bills on it.

The FAQ have loooads of tips although it size can be a bit daunting.
