quest not completing

    I finished upgrading my city hall and have green check marks on all steps.

    Which quest do you mean you have several in your list like transform your city and City Treasury I need to be sure so I do not corrupt your account???.

    I only see two quests, one to upgrade city hall and one to bake doughnuts. The one not advancing is: "Transform into a metropolis".

    My support console sees all which is why I have to ask for the names.

    Your quest is now complete and waiting for you to collect the reward.
