Quest Stuck On Completion

    Hi, like so many others I have completed upgrading city hall to level 4 for the "Transform into a Big City" quest. When my mouse is over the quest icon it shows a green checkmark but when selected to open individual tasks the checkmarks are white. I have cleared cache. ID 7147751
