Question: When do I you prefix: Feedback ?

    When you open a new thread or edit your tittle then you can choose a prefix: Support, Bug, Feedback, Suggestion

    ex. use prefix Suggestion when open a thread in 'Update & Idea Pool' (even though it seems kind of redundant)
    use prefix Support when open a thread in ' Tech Question' and so on.

    But I have no idea how to use 'Feedback' ... since - for my anyway - I want/expect feedback when I open a thread/post.

    you could use Feedback if you are providing feedback for the developers - eg "Feedback: Events seem to start at 1300 CET, not 1400."
    all posts are read by the mods and replied to and where warrented forwarded to the appropriate people
