Quests not completing, although complete. Help!

    I have two quests right now, "Commercial Success" and "ProductionPoints" that, although I have completed both two part quests, it wont let me collect the reward. Not sure what to do here. Anyone know what is going on?

    I am new to the game so I am not sure if I am just doing something wrong, or if there is a glitch or something.

    your id number in in the top right corner of your game screen when the window in not in full screen mode :)
