RC-info using in-game mail

    It would be very nice if it was possible for RC to send in-game mail to newcommers ex. about the X-mas-bonuscode.

    Or make it possible to select multible friends at a time when you want to send them the same email-info.


    ex. Newcommers = < lv 20.
