Removal of mistery decoration

If you destroy mistery decoration (or building, facility etc.), do you get a permit back? If do, do you pay to rebuild it?

 

Yes you will find the permits in your designer depot and it won't cost anything to rebuild them. Only the buildings will cost if you upgrade them.

 

How much would the upgraded building cost once rebuilt? In which currency, CC/MM?

 

It would be the same as the original costs of the building to upgrade. What it would cost to upgrade that building to the current level. My question is if you destroy a mystery building or decoration do you get the same building or decoration or do you start the random cycle over again. I will try will let you know in eight hours.

 

I suppose it is the same building/decoration. Wish it were random...

 

once you purchase and place a mystery building it is a placement permit once it is built, therefore if you bulldoze it you can replace it later at no cost

When you destroy the mystery building or decoration it remains the building or decoration you got. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
