....no, I don't mean those Classic Improvements that appear to serve no purpose other than to fill up the booster packs with rubbish. I mean proper improvements.

I am coming to the end of my 1 month Rent Collector for 999MM I think it was.
There are times when it comes in handy (an extra 5 mins in bed, for example), but as good as it can be, it could be so much better.
At the moment it's kinda automatic but not really. It's semi-automatic, semi-manual and just sort of dangles awkwardly between the 2.

    So, I propose 2 additions:
    Rent Collector +
    Rent Collector Premium.

+ autofills your commercials as and when they become empty (assuming there are supplies in the warehouse) along the way.
Premium does the same but automatically collects the rent, so you can really maximise your revenue.

Of course, the improvements in the Rent Collector would also cost more MM.
Which I think would be fair.

I don't think either will happen, but if you don't ask/suggest...

I like the ideas. But why not offer them as direct purchase like the rent collector for the month. Still offer them for MM's but include the direct buy option which is a great value.

Rent Collector $ 2.49 for 30 days Current offer
Rent Collector Plus $ 4.49 for 30 days Proposed offer
Rent Collector Premium $ 8.49 for 30 days Proposed offer
I agree with MrMungo, this will probably not be offered but it never hurts to make the suggestion.

  3. it would be nice to have this implemented and if it means more money for the rising cities developers it think they will implement it
