    when i look at the rent collector
    the big one for a month say no clikking
    dos it collec when i am ofline

    Rent Collector only works if you click on it instead of individual housing. It does not work when you are offline.

    that is what i understand

    only the one for 30 days say
    "wow! a whole month with no clicking!"

    as i understand you, wee still need to clik to collec

    It should state "a whole month with no individual rent clicking"
    Rent collector works as a 1-click to collect all rents that are ready option.
