Is there a problem with the rentcollector?
I've won the rentcollector for a week with the august rally game.
We could tell when we'd like to let it start.
And I asked several times.
I asked sunday if it could start this morning.
But it doesn"t work.
is there something wrong?

I am trying to reach Artisan for you. Most likely this is a miscommunication and / or a time coordination problem.

Just talked to Artisan. We dropped the ball the Rally Post was being turned over to me to run. We had some trouble with the transfer of duties. So please give me a new day and time window to give it a go. So sorry for the problems.

Hi, I have just realised that the timer for the rent collector runs out too soon, which turned out to be good, because I agreed to help out this weekend meaning I will be away for most of the time.

Since I won 240 hours rent collector (7 days for the rally + 3 days for solving the puzzle), but only received 144 hours so far, could I have the other 96 hours, starting Monday at 1pm UTC London time? That would be really great.

Hi, I have a question about the rentcollector.

but there are only 63 hours.
I thought when I won the 7 days rentcollector that I would
get 168 hours
63 hours is not even 3 days?
I played the august rally post and we won the 7 days rentcollector

anoukjoris. So sorry for the mix up. I started your rent collector late last week I misunderstood your desire. This is a new process for me. I will give you and additional time. My appoligy. This is an inharrent flaw in this reward.
