Repeated upgrade stage (and bricks theft..)

Hi,

During bakery level 3 upgrade, after completing 3rd stage (350 bricks, 2 hours), the upgrade returned to 3rd stage. I did not realize this at first, and supplied the bricks for the second time.
After I understood what I did I checked the warehouse, and indeed my brick supplies were down 700 (and not 350).
The bakery did not complete the (second) third stage upgrade, so I do not know if this was a one-time thing, or if it is stuck in a loop. But could you verify these facts, and would it be possible to re-compensate me for the lost bricks?

Edit: the bakery has now finished fourth stage. There is a key sign, suggesting upgrade is completed. However, when I click the bakery I am asked to start the fourth stage again.
To be clear: I had started fourth stage upgrade a few hours ago, and delivered the required panels. Both third and fourth stage in the upgrade require me to do them twice .

 

Just informing you that the problem is not solved, and I find it somewhat insulting that there is no response from any of the moderators.

 

Please fill out a support ticket from the "?" (question mark) in the upper right corner of the game screen and we will investigate your issue further.

 

I did it, and they also were not able to help me. Apparently there is no record of me having to repeat two stages in the upgrade.
Oh well, I'll just have to accept that it cost me 700 bricks and 2400 panels to upgrade a bakery.

Unfortunately not even support can help if there are no records to verify your claim.
