    Hi,
    I can't get the game to load on any of my PCs or laptops.

    It won't go past the blank screen with the small "Get Adobe Flash" in the centre. I'm running Chrome so already have that.

    Can you suggest any fixes?

    mrf0ster have you tried to clear the cache on your browsers and in the adobe flash. If that did not work try a different browser Firefox or Internet Explorer. That sometimes will reset the cache and clear out the issue and you can go back to chrome. If not restart shut down and restart computer and try again. If all else fails try using a different computing device ie. a different computer, phone, or tablet preferably on a different network. Just log in to your game and log out. Each of these steps progressively clears and sets up a new cache for the game some times a small bit of corrupted data remains that causes the system to not respond correctly. Good luck.     Hi,
    I've cleared the cache, tried using a different PC, and tried logging on using another browser (Explorer).

    To no avail.

    Any further advice would be appreciated.

    One final question - how would I go about deleting my account?

    Same problem here too. Tried all fixes and still not working.

    Hello again.
    Days on and I still can't get the game to load regardless of PC, browser, clearing cache etc.

    I just get a little adobe flash icon in the middle of the screen. Obviously above you say you've reset my account, but if that doesn't work then what can we do next?

    Sounds like it is time to send in a ticket to support click on the "?" or click on Support at bottom of page and fill out a request ticket this will e-mail information to the support staff directly. It also sends additional information to the staff. DId you read the post in Official announcements link follows:

    I've just tested your account from here, and it logged in ok, so it's clearly not an account issue, though it doesn't rule out a geographical issue. If it's coming up with the adobe flash icon, it sounds more like a flash problem, but appreciate that you've tried multiple browsers/PCs. If it's still causing a problem I can pass it on to the dev team to take a look.

    8 days on and I still can't get on, on any PC, browsers or network.

    Is there any way this can be escalated?

  12. Hi mrf0ster,
    The system reports that you're online at the moment (in the game), and that you logged in about 30 mins ago. Either it's still not working, and you're a very patient person, or it is now working.
