This is a general question that relates to all events, but I seem to have noticed it more with the Valentine's Event.

 Perhaps it just me being impatient, but as I am working on stages that involve residential drops, I tend to notice/look more for how many items I am able to collect when the item "drops". Here's my question:

***Is there any particular reason/is it normal that the number of items collected in a drop does not match what is actually seen being dropped? **

For example, when I clicked on one of my larger residential dwellings (I believe it was a comfy apartment house), 5 or 6 love letters appeared to have been dropped, but the number that showed being collected was only a +1 love letter. This has happened quite often with this event and as alluded in my first sentence, has happened in other events as well.

I guess I'm trying to say also that it's just a bit disappointing to see that many items (5 or 6) 'come out' of a "large" residence and only receive credit for 1 being dropped.

 I hope that all made sense....I should've sent myself to bed too when I sent my kiddos to bed a while ago!
    Thanks and good night.

  2. I remember somebody reported this issue a longer time ago. But don't remember what attention was paid to it and how/if at all it was sorted out at that time. But certainly you are not the only one who noticed.

The visual effects can be deceiving sometimes. The correct amounts are those shown in the tooltips and the numbers that are added to your warehouse.
