Residents Quest

    I have a quest to get to 950 residents and when I click on the drop down menu for the residents it says "478/956 residents live in your city".

    Does this mean I have completed the quest and if it does why won't the quest acknowledge this?

    My ID is 8575376.

    Don't worry now it is working.
    I just needed to up my happiness.
