The time between each collection of rent clearly affects the chances of getting items towards passing stages of events.

Does the upgrade level affect it ?

 

The level of the residence does not affect the drop rate,however where the residence is less than 2 hours it is rare to get any drops from them, the higher the residence is the more likely you are to get increased drops. all drops from residences are also random some times you may get 10 on other occasions none.

Just for the record: In the past admins repeatedly claimed that the level of the building does affect the droprate, which I openly doubted. Has it changed? I think it would be good if you admin people get your heads together and actually find out from developers how it really is. Well, not that it is a very inportant thing. Just for tha sake of providing non-conflicting info. I'm inclined to belive you are right devil.

 

I have been looking at this for some time, to date a couple of my building have not given any more from level 2 to the level 4 where they are now sometimes i get 10 or more and on other occasions none
