I have spent some time looking around and haven't seen this topic yet. Maybe that is a sign that its just common sense ;) I just wanted to confirm that the values added were based on the current value of the house not the value at the time of installation. I.E. When I upgrade my house to the next level the previously installed improvement will take those new values into consideration and adjust itself. If I put an epic improvement on a level 1 or level 2 house am I shooting myself in the foot? Thanks.

  2. Fret not, Kitsuma. The % increase is not locked, it's a % increase based on what you earn at any given time.
If you have a building that gives you 800cc rent, and you have a 10% rent improvement, you will receive 880cc rent (800+80 improvement) plus any needs.

If you upgrade to receive 1600cc rent, the improvement is based upon 10% of the 1600cc, so 1600 + 160cc = 1760cc.
